By accessing or using MyRelay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
MyRelay is an AI-powered phone relay service that enables users to make outbound phone calls by converting typed text to spoken voice and transcribing spoken responses to text. The Service is currently in early access and is provided free of charge.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyRelay. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use MyRelay only for lawful purposes. You may not:
MyRelay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
MyRelay uses artificial intelligence for text-to-speech voice generation and speech-to-text transcription. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated speech and transcription may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying important information communicated through the Service. MyRelay is not liable for miscommunications resulting from AI processing errors.
Your use of MyRelay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
MyRelay and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by myrelay.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myrelay.ai and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from miscommunication, service interruptions, data loss, or inability to access the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which during early access is $0).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myrelay.ai and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
MyRelay is NOT designed for emergency calling. Do not use MyRelay to contact 911 or other emergency services. For emergencies, use your phone's native dialer or text 911 where available. See our 911 / Emergency Calling Notice for details.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Maryland.
