What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

You're automatically switched to Pay As You Go at 10¢/minute. No interruption — your call keeps going. You'll see the switch in your dashboard.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No contracts, no penalties.

Is AI Agent really included in every plan?

Yes. AI Agent mode is included in Beta, Starter, Pro, and Pay As You Go. It's not a premium add-on — it's a core feature.

How do I get a beta invite code?

Sign up at app.myrelay.ai and request access. We're rolling out invites in waves. Follow us for announcements on when the next wave opens.

Will MyRelay be free through the FCC?

We're pursuing FCC IP Relay certification. If approved, eligible users would access MyRelay at no cost through the federal TRS program. Certification is in progress — we'll announce when it's complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Your payment info is never stored on our servers.
